Meet Chef Riccardo Faiella
Chef Riccardo Faiella was born in Capri, Italy, and always had a passion for cooking. He attended culinary school in Capri, where he was given the nickname “Il Professore” by his fellow classmates.
After finishing culinary school, Chef Riccardo worked in multiple hotels and restaurants in Italy, Brazil, and the United States, and now has finally opened Il Professore in Tequesta, Florida.
Through techniques and skills he has learned over a lifetime of experience, Chef Riccardo aims to serve fine dishes with the highest quality ingredients and have a selection of homemade pasta dishes and desserts daily at Il Professore.
